This 'Lymphatic Drainage Massage' course was formulated for qualified Massage/Aroma-therapists working in the field of Cancer-care. It was prepared by one of our principals and has the unique perspective of her experiences with malignant melanoma - and those of her husband with squamous cell carcinoma.
Please note that there are circumstances where we accept lay-people on this course - please ask for details
The tutors intend to dispel many myths about massaging people with cancer and to impart hard-won knowledge to those wanting to support people in their battle with this disorder. It is predominantly 'hands-on' training and, as such, consists mainly of practical work.
Please note that the techniques shown are also used to great effect with oedema, stretch marks during pregnancy, scars, venous & arterial ulcers, lack of energy, sluggish immune-systems, sport-injuries, tissue-regeneration, puffy facial tissue and anywhere where the lymphatic system needs a little help.
For Aromatherapists or Massage Therapists.
