CB1: 'Chakra Balancing'

This 1-day 'Guest' Course, run by Sally Woods, investigates, using simple muscle testing, Chakras and how to balance the complete Chakra system.

The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit language meaning wheel or disk. Prana (life force) moves through the Chakras to produce different states equated in modern science as the chemical changes produced by the secretions of endocrine glands and ductless glands entering the bloodstream. Prana passes through the Chakras and into a complex network of thousands of subtle energy channels known as nadis.

No prior experience is required to attend this course.

The Chakras are widely described as whirlpools of energy in the form of lotus flowers with varying numbers of petals, which are situated at seven positions on the torso and head with the flowers at the front of the body and the stem going through the central spinal column. When the petals of the Chakras are spinning freely the person is in a state of balance and harmony.

Topics addressed will include:

* Testing & Correcting Chakras using muscle testing

* 'Protecting' yourself

* The 7 Chakras and their meanings

* Finding the apppropriate flower essence, crystal, colour and essential oil for each Chakra

* How to keep 'grounded'

* Chakra spinning

* Chakra balancing

Studies normally commence at 10.00 a.m. and finish at 4.00 p.m.

Many Associations accept our Courses for CPD including the IFPA (6 Category B Points) and CThA (5 CPD credits).
