CB2: 'Chakra Basti'

In Ayurveda, health is defined as having a body clear of toxins, a peaceful mind and calm and positive emotions. In a healthy body, wastes are efficiently eliminated and organs function normally. However, in a busy, stressful and toxic world, the physical and mental systems accumulate toxins causing deterioration in bodily functioning. These toxins subsist for many years, gradually undermining health and weakening the entire system. This 'opens the door' to chronic and degenerative diseases and contributes to a general lack of health and vitality.

In this fascinating 1-day Course you will learn how to use special oils contained in dough ball rings placed on the chakras to enable release, rejuvenation and balancing of the prana moving through the chakras and glands of the body. Specific herbs, aromas and oils are used, depending on the nature of the imbalance.

No prior experience is required to attend this Course.
