'Self-hypnosis'

This is one of our 'Guest' courses, written and presented by Andy Oldfield. Andy is a qualified hypnotherapist, coach and NLP practitioner with his own private practice. He is also a trained teacher and a hypno-massage trainer.

Self-hypnosis is an invaluable, empowering skill that is easily learnt. Some people like to use it to increase their motivation to live healthier and more fulfilling lives. Others use it in a similar way to meditation to help attain peace of mind and focus. Some use it as part of a regime to control pain, alleviate the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, cope with insomnia or lower blood-pressure. Others use it as a way of achieving profound relaxation. However it's used, self-hypnosis helps you to take greater control of your body and your life.

In this 1-day workshop you will learn how to increase communication between your conscious and unconscious minds to safely and effectively solve problems, generate positive changes in behaviour and habits, promote personal growth, learn more easily, relax and de-stress.

You will learn that hypnosis is a naturally occurring phenomenon and have the chance try out different methods of inducing it in yourself in a safe, friendly environment.

No prior experience required
