HYPMA1: 'Hypno-massage'

This 1-day Course is one of our 'Guest' Courses presented by Andy Oldfield. Hypno-massage is a combination of massage and hypnotherapeutic processes engaging the senses of touch, auditory and visual. It is a new process developed by Belinda, as a result of her own work with clients, to allow therapists to take clients deeper into a relaxed space. The effects are palpable and, instead of clients saying that they had a good massage, they say that they had a "g-o-o-o-o-d massage!" Everything is much slower and the client deeply relaxes.

The masseuse learns ways of using conversation in tandem with the massage to deepen the process of relaxation and rejuvenation easily and effectively. A detailed case-history is taken before the session enabling the practitioner to use the information within the session. It can be used in varying degrees according to the client's requirements.

This course offers another skill to qualified masseurs, it is 'new and different' as well as being 'old and real'. There is a follow-on day in September 2007.
