On a personal note Tracy believes that on any course we can all still learn from each other and encourages interaction and open questions and thoughts.

This Course covers injuries and conditions to the shoulders/arms, hips/legs/feet.

As a working Therapist and Tutor, Tracy has spent several years concentrating on remedial work and often sees clients who have had strokes, road traffic accidents, carpel tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, trapped nerves etc.
