Kinesiology is the science of testing muscle-responses by gentle pressure to find where imbalances in function or energy blocks are located in the body. It enables investigation without intrusion and gives insights into the underlying causes of health problems. Imbalances are gently rectified with nutritional support and by touch and massage to stimulate circulation and lymph-flow. In this way, energy balance is restored encouraging natural healing.
