Please note that this Course is also one of the days of our five-day Advanced Massage Techniques Qualification Course (AMT1). Once all five days have been completed we will award you with a Certificate of Qualification.
It enables Students to further develop their range of skills and helps develop an increased awareness of issues of health and disease (physical and mental), in relation to the application of Therapeutic Massage.
Remedial Massage treats soft tissue, muscle, ligaments and joints using deep specific pressure, stretching and isometrics.
Massage not only relaxes and refreshes, it can be used in the prevention of stress and injuries. Both mental and physical stress can tighten muscles which, in turn, can lead to bad joints, constricted blood supply, pinched nerves, headaches and general aches and pains.
