a 5-day practical massage course where Students will learn a full body Aromatherapy Massage (basic massage experience is required before attending this Module).
Topics include:
* Aromatherapy Massage including Foot-reflexes for assessment
* Foot-reflex Massage
* Pulse Synchronisation
* Body Stance
* Carrier Oils
* Basic Essential Oils
* Therapeutic Cross-referencing
* Safety and Contra-indications
* Clients' Records
* Clients' Consultations
* Blood Pressure - how to take it.
On completion of this Module Case-studies to be submitted.
Practical examinations will be individually arranged and will take place in either Farnborough or Fleet, Hampshire (5 miles from the Ash venue).
Studies normally commence at 9.30 a.m. and finish at 5.00 p.m.
Aromatherapy Diploma Students can start with the 'in-house' Aromatherapy Massage Module or the 'in-house' Aromatherapy Practical Module AR102 or the Distant Learning Modules ARDL1-4.
