The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists

This is the largest, independent, professional association in Britain, with several branches abroad. The Federation is committed to servicing the best interests of its membership (which includes lay members) and Aromatherapy in general and its primary aim is to develop high standards of qualifications and practice among its members. The Federation holds an educational weekend seminar each year and produces a quarterly journal for its members. Comprehensive insurance-cover, which also covers many other Complementary Therapies, is available to both students and full members.

Insurance Cover: It is advised that Students be covered for any claims made personally against them by taking advantage of the student premium under the IFPA scheme which was specifically arranged for this purpose.
